Oil & Gas

We provide a variety of services in all facets of the oil and gas industry.

Midstream Pipelines

We have handled some of the industry’s most important pipelines including big inch CER, LNG, Midstream, Sour and all kinds of water, wastewater, and other lines.

Renewable Energy

Scott Land is one the most widely used land companies in the renewable energy business. We been involved in projects of all types and sizes including both the largest wind farm and the largest solar project in Alberta.

Telecom

We acquired some of the first cell towers and fibre optics ROW in the West and in the decades since have been involved in most of the significant new telecom projects.

We are the most active land company in the Potash industry. We have handled some of Saskatchewan’s largest potash projects including acquisition of minerals, surface, fee title and consultation.
