Scott Land has worked with a number of renewable energy clients, ranging small, independent developers to large multi-national corporations. With a dedicated team devoted to Green Energy projects across Western Canada, Scott Land is the most knowledgeable and active land company in the renewables business. Our Renewable Energy team handles site scouting, land acquisition, stakeholder engagement, permitting and everything in between. We acquire everything from options to lease, options to purchase, meteorological (MET) tower agreements to final surface leases, access agreements, third-party consents and utility easements.

With the rise of renewable energy, Scott Land continues to be a resource for solar, wind and other renewable energy companies. When starting your next project, take advantage of our specialized market knowledge and relationships with surface landowners to see your project through to completion. Stakeholder engagement is a critical component of all land-related projects. We can plan, carry-out and report on the required participant involvement programs, following various regulatory requirements throughout Western Canada. Scott Land has in-depth local knowledge of strategy, development and government regulations, as well as strong stakeholder relationships that we leverage to benefit your project and we are a member of IAP2.
