Exciting Career Opportunity in Regina – Receptionist/Jr. Land Administrator

Scott Land & Lease, a premier land company known for its strong reputation within the energy industry, has an immediate opening for a Receptionist/Jr. Land Administrator in our Regina office.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to build a career across Power, Renewables, Oil & Gas, Pipelines, Telecommunications, Minerals, and emerging energy sectors. While previous experience or post-secondary education in land-related studies is considered an asset, it is not required—full training will be provided in-house.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate reception area and administrative tasks.
  • Perform administrative duties within the energy sector.
  • Prepare cover letters, photocopy, and assemble client packages according to client specific requirements.
  • Handle / respond to queries from client’s, regulatory agencies, third parties and internal sources.
  • Receive job orders and set up client files.
  • Assist with GIS and data management.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and immediate supervisor as to the progress on projects and immediately advise of any issues encountered on a project.
  • Monitor work in progress (WIP) and complete interim and final invoice trigger forms (ITF) as required in a timely manner.
  • Cheque preparation and requisition.
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects as required.
  • Additional tasks as required.
