Scott Land’s mission is to be the long-term land company of choice in all markets and industries that we serve by providing unmatched service and value to our clients through the efforts of our employees by creating an atmosphere of teamwork, resourcefulness, safety and accomplishment, and by dealing with everyone in an ethical and honest manner.

Our Values

Hire and retain the best people. We believe that our people are our most important asset. It is our people and their drive to be the best they can be that allow us to provide our clients with the best service and be their land company of choice.

Always do the right thing (ethical behavior). Integrity and trust are the cornerstones of every relationship we have with clients, staff and other stakeholders. We will not compromise our principles for anyone and we deal with everyone in an honest and ethical manner.

Health and Safety. The health and safety of our staff is of paramount importance. For nearly three decades, we have carried out our work across Western Canada while maintaining the health and safety of our field and office personnel while protecting the environment.

Deliver value and results. As a service company, it is our objective to constantly deliver value and results to our clients. Our focus on time, cost and quality is ingrained into every employee and each project that we work on.
